COVID-19 Special Notice


We will be following the COVID-19 rules of Beth Israel. Any policies that are made by the venue will be posted here. These guidelines will be posted and updated without notice to comply with the venue's regulations. Failure for competitors and spectators to comply will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

Fees and Passes

All competitors are required to pay registration fees and purchase competitor passes for both Amateur and Pro-Am competitions. Competitor passes grant you access to all sessions.

**All payments must be complete by November 4th 2022** 
**Unpaid registrations after this date will be subject to a $25 processing fee.**

Amateur Fee Breakdown

Adult and Senior Solo Single Dance Event $10 per per dance
Adult and Senior Single Dance Event $10 per dance/per couple
Adult and Senior 2 Dance Event $20 per event/per couple
Adult and Senior 3 Dance Event $25 per event/per couple
Adult and Senior 5 Dance Event $40 per event/per couple
Youth and Younger Multi-Dance Event $15 per event/per couple
Youth and Younger One Dance Event $10 per event/per couple

 

 

Pro-Am Fee Breakdown

Refund Policy

The deadline for a refund on a cancellation is 30 days prior to the date the competition commences. Refunds will be made by mail, 30 days following the completion of the competition. If the Organizer is notified of cancellations after the deadline, credit toward the following year will be considered in cases of emergency only and Participants must accompany a Doctor’s Certificate. There will be a minimum $100 processing fee, per participant, for cancellations. No substitutions will be allowed for entry cancellations at the event. No exchanges or refunds will be made on admission tickets. (ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL)
